The company’s product portfolio and knowledgeable sales team position MDC as the “Single Source, Total Solution” within the commercial design industry. The Acoustics Project Coordinator is responsible for the day-to-day coordination of custom acoustics projects playing a key role in managing a project once it becomes an order by working closely with other team members to ensure that the project stays on track from order entry through project completion. This includes collaborating with the Acoustics Project Estimator, managing the customer’s requirements, communicating with key parties such as MDC Sales Reps, customers, and vendors, reviewing Workshop Drawings, gathering PO & payments, and keeping the project on track through final production and shipping. • Experience working with an Architectural Design firm a plus • The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
