Perform accurate and detailed installation of flooring, cabinetry, and solid surface products in accordance with company standards and project specifications.Review and understand all job paperwork and installation instructions prior to beginning each project.Utilize proper tools and techniques to ensure precise measurements, alignments, and finishes.Thoroughly assess and clean the work area upon job completion, inspecting for trade damage or defects before leaving the site. Train, guide, and monitor apprentice installers, ensuring they understand and follow company installation standards, safety procedures, and quality expectations.Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement within the field installation team.Provide constructive feedback to apprentices and collaborate with leadership to address training needs. Use effective time management skills to complete jobs efficiently and within designated timelines.Exercise sound judgment and decision-making skills, evaluating costs and benefits of potential actions and consulting management when necessary.Assess personal and team performance regularly, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions when needed. Prior experience mentoring or training apprentice installers.Familiarity with installation scheduling systems or job tracking tools.
