Downtown Princeton Architecture and Interior Design Firm looking for a creative person to fill a temporary (October through February) administrative/ marketing position with potential to full time position. Responsibilities will include support in general administrative tasks and support to the office staff such as but not limited to filing, calendar scheduling and maintenance, client and consultant correspondence, writing submissions for RFPs, developing and updating marketing collateral, award submissions, new business development. Individual will support in drafting and editing proposals, draft contracts as well as work on project specifications. • Graphic Design and/or photography skills a bonus • Ability to “hit the ground running” to grow the firm’s profile and success in the market
