Creative Interior Designer

MP Studio Design is a boutique interior design firm seeking an experienced designer to focus on single family and model merchandising. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital presentations, close collaboration with builders, and proficiency in specification documents. Key Responsibilities • Create presentation materials based on design direction and community demographics • Work closely with builders to select finishes • Develop specifications for builders • Pull together drawing sets from scratch, incorporating specifications and labeled plans • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members • Coordinate procurement and vendor relationships for each model • Maintain organization and budget adherence • Travel for model installations as needed Essential Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in interior design • 2-3 years of experience • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office suite • Adobe Suite skills preferred • Strong creative and communication abilities
