Our Designers have a passion for helping customers see what is possible with the latest on-trend merchandise by building meaningful and long-term relationships with their customers, and use their comprehensive knowledge to guide and advise customers looking to furnish an entire room or simply add an accent piece. Responsibilities: • Drive sales and provide enriched customer interactions, delivering elevated design offerings in-store, in-home, and virtually. • Create designs using preferred tools to create moodboards, 2D & 3D floor plans, product lists, and customer presentations. • Lead design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual platforms. • Deliver projects within determined timelines and possess a clear understanding of brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy.
