Creative Interior Designer role at a leading home improvement retailer. About the Role As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality designs that meet our customers' needs. Your primary focus will be on designing kitchens and bathrooms, working closely with customers to understand their vision and preferences. Key Responsibilities • Design and deliver high-quality kitchen and bathroom designs that meet customer needs • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, design plans, and product recommendations • Ensure stock levels of samples and brochures are adequate and restock as necessary • Support store appearance initiatives by maintaining displays and showrooms Requirements • Degree in Interior Design or related field • Minimum 2 years' experience in interior design, preferably in a retail environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Able to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively Benefits
