The role of a Floor and Decor Designer involves several key responsibilities: meet with customers to discuss project needs and preferences, provide tile, wood, stone, and accessory advice to homeowners, interior designers, and builders for residential and commercial projects, design and sell complete, functional, and aesthetically appealing solutions, manage multiple customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and consistent communication, collaborate with store leadership and employees to achieve sales and other goals, and stay up-to-date on current and emerging design trends in the market.
