Creative Manager - The Citizenry, St. Frank & The Inside

Founded and headquartered in Denver since 2014, we’ve grown into the #1 interior design service in the country and now proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business, including Havenly, Interior Define, Burrow, The Citizenry, The Inside, and St. Frank. We’re hiring a Creative Manager to lead creative direction, design, and photoshoot production for The Citizenry, St. Frank, and The Inside—three distinctive brands celebrated for their storytelling, craft, and expressive style. Reporting to the Head of Creative, this role oversees brand design and creative production teams, shaping the visual narrative across campaigns, lifestyle content, and digital channels. You’ll balance creative leadership with hands-on execution, producing work that brings each brand’s voice and artistry to life. What You’ll Bring5–7 years of experience in creative direction, brand design, or visual storytelling at a lifestyle, interiors, or fashion brand.
