Job Responsibilities • Establishes rapport with clients, develops project vision, and understands client goals for performance, budget, and schedule. • Leads design presentations for key projects and accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives. • Maintains strong industry and client relationships, identifying opportunities for business development and new project pursuits. • Fosters internal relationships across the firm, ensuring design deliverables align with best practices firmwide. The successful candidate will be a licensed architect and/or interior designer with at least 15 years of progressive experience in hospitality and workplace design.
