Crew Worker - Countertop Slab Granite, Quartz, Corian

Key Responsibilities Assist with loading, unloading, transporting, and positioning slabs and materials.Help prepare substrates and jobsites for installation.Assist with cutting, drilling, gluing, polishing, caulking, and sink installations.Support installers with measuring, leveling, aligning, and securing countertops and wall slabs.Follow work orders, drawings, instructions, and safety procedures.Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.Inspect work with the lead installer and correct issues as directed.Communicate professionally with installers, supervisors, coworkers, and customers/builders.Learn stone products, adhesives, tools, and installation techniques with the goal of advancing to an installer role. Skills & Qualifications Construction, countertop, tile, stone, or general labor experience preferred.Willingness to learn and follow direction.Basic measuring and math skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Ability to work in residential and commercial construction environments.Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
