This is a full-time, on-site role for a Custom Closet Designer located in Phoenix, AZ. The role also involves managing client relationships, overseeing project timelines, and working closely with installation teams to ensure the successful execution of projects. Proficiency in design software, space planning, and creating custom solutionsStrong visual and spatial awareness, attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skillsProven customer service and client relationship management abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactionsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectivelyExperience in interior design, home improvement, or related fields is a plusKnowledge of construction and installation processes is beneficialHigh school diploma or equivalent; additional design certifications or education is a plus
