I'll do my best to articulate our "why" in hopes that it will resonate with the right person, because we really need to hit the bullseye with this particular position. In short, this hire will be the "big cheese" of the shop, highly depended on with a strong sense of ownership in their role. Since I moved with my family to Washington from California, I have worked as a custom project lead for NK Woodworking, and Northwest Custom Interiors. We occasionally do run of the mill stuff, but we don't compete on price, so that type of work often gets filtered out. So I am partnered with a former employer who is very well set up for high volume and quality, where I outsource my internal boxes out as "flat packs".
