Role Description The Custom Home Plan Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lehi, UT. Proficiency with residential design and drafting tools, such Revit, and Lumion.Experience in custom home planning, including floor plan development, elevations, and space planning for single-family residences.Working knowledge of building codes, construction methods, materials, and best practices in residential architecture.Strong visual design sense, with the ability to merge traditional and modern styles based on client needs.Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to interpret client feedback and translate it into design refinements.High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously.Collaborative mindset and comfort working closely with clients, consultants, and builders throughout the design process.Relevant education in architecture, architectural drafting, interior design, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.Prior experience in custom residential design is preferred.
