We operate out of our 20,000 square foot, solar- powered, LEED Gold factory in Bushwick, and offer a friendly, modern work environment with a passion for craftsmanship, innovation, and sustainability. As a Department Coordinator for our Custom Division, you will work on a variety of project types in a team environment with salespeople, product designers, and project managers. You will become expert in "the business side" of custom decorative lighting with an established company whose clients are the world's most respected architects, lighting designers, and interior designers. Your Duties Will Encompass, but not be limited to: • Physical & virtual library keeping and department asset management • Database entry & support for the sales team • Calendar-keeping and task scheduling • Marketing and Business Development: create strategy and materials a. • Gracious, clear and comprehensive correspondence with clients and sales staff regarding quoting, scheduling, & other project details • Desire and ability to do whatever is necessary to deliver high quality work on deadline Take this opportunity to work with a small, fun team in a friendly shop that values quality craftsmanship.
