You will be reporting directly to our operation manager about the status of the project, making sure if there are any issues that need to be resolved and be a great communicator. You're in charge of making sure if there are any concerns or issues arise with our clients to relay to our back-office team & operations in order to resolve and make sure the projects go smoothly and keep our clients happy with the level of service & satisfaction we thrive to accomplish. • Provide customer service to all of our clients and relay any concerns and issues to the backoffice. • Having a background in constructions & remodeling and Interior design is a big plus. • Techy savvy: o Above average typing skills o Microsoft Office Suite(Excel, Word) o Familiar with iPad & Smartphones o Utilize all the apps & Google Apps, YouTube, Gmail Etc.
