Customer Service - Interior Design

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative specializing in Interior Design of Hard Surfaces specifivally to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients seeking consultations and services, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial inquiry through project completion. Your expertise in customer support, communication, and technical proficiency will be essential in delivering exceptional client services. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, multilingual abilities, and a passion for interior design to foster lasting client relationships and support our company’s reputation for excellence.

Qualifications

Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Support, Customer Experience, and Customer Service capabilities.
Ability to assist with Sales activities, such as presenting product options, supporting closing efforts, and managing follow-ups.
Experience in Training or coaching customers on processes, tools, or services to ensure they understand each step of their project.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain professional relationships.
High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in a fast-paced, showroom-based environment.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and willingness to learn company-specific software and rendering tools.
Prior experience in retail, luxury goods, interior design, stone or construction-related fields is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business, design, or related areas is preferred.

Salary DOE - $20-25/hr
