While we do sell primarily to the design trade, we invite everyone to enjoy the COUP experience. In this position you will be required to review and process sales orders and convert them into final orders; formulate and submit purchase orders and communicate with vendors to ensure timely completion of orders; track payments, lead times, and delivery status of orders; answer customer questions on production progress and other inquiries related to resolving customer service issues. • Review customer orders to ensure they are accurate and all details are specified. • Convert client orders into purchase orders and submit to vendors.
