Customer Service Production Facilitator for Decorative Rug Sales

We are seeking a high-end customer service and production coordination professional to support our rug sales team, independent representatives, and clients. Marc Phillips Decorative Rugs specializes in luxury handmade rugs and works with top interior designers and architects across the U.S. and internationally. This position is based in our Los Angeles showroom in the La Cienega Design Quarter. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, creative, and able to manage multiple custom projects at once with meticulous attention to detail. This role is central to keeping communication flowing between clients, the MP sales team, and our domestic and international manufacturers.
