The main emphasis will be on growing our Etsy and Amazon online stores. We make custom signs for home décor and businesses. Advanced Sign, LLC is made up of genuine people with creativity and talent. Candidates must possess the following attributes: • Outgoing and friendly personality • Passionate about helping people • Deep appreciation for home décor and crafting • Creative spirit • Perform detailed work with accuracy • Ability to learn our database and shop processes • Comfortable working in collaborative and individual environments • Desire to talk with people over phone, email, and chat • Excellent oral and written communication • Experience with Microsoft Office Helpful attributes: • Knowledge of Etsy and Amazon • Appreciation for crafting, interior design, and event design • Knowledge of Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, or comparable program • Familiarity with CNC machines, sanding and paint finishes, wide-format printing, sign materials Duties and Responsibilities include: • Help grow our Amazon and Etsy store by managing the products and helping customers with orders. • Talk with customers over phone/email/chat about custom projects • Guide customers through our website, products, and ordering process, often helping technologically inexperienced customers • Work closely with customers to help design custom products based on their vision • Provide design team adequate information to create proofs, 3D renderings and spec sheets • Work with estimator/quote software on custom job pricing and ensure profitability while optimizing for conversions • Create quotes/bids in Magento with accurate pricing according to margin and market value and send them to customers • Enter orders in Magento with essential detailed information for production to manufacture the custom product efficiently • Coordinate with production on job components, viability, and timelines for custom products • Resolve product or service issues with empathy towards the customer complaint, identifying a solution, and executing solution to customer satisfaction If you are interested please email your resume or call 208-846-9030 for more information.
