Job description Indus Design Imports/ Global Home Company Overview: Indus Design Imports and Global Home are joint companies that wholesale and retail unique home décor and furniture. We specialize in one of a kind furniture imported from all corners of the Globe. You will also be expected to answer phones, field customer questions, and assist in any front office work. Responsibilities • Inputting purchase orders into the inventory system • Entry of sales orders and issuing invoices • Responding to customer inquiries and assisting them as necessary • Monitor various email accounts that include online stores • Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service. • Engage with customers or clients • Operate phone and email lines when necessary • Help post and monitor online sales through various channels Qualifications / Skills: • Proficiency with Microsoft office suit and basic inventory management • Customer service experience required • Online engagement • Verbal communication • Organization • Professionalism • Customer focus • Interior Design or Retail experience (preferred but not required) • Ability to multitask, plan, and schedule Benefits of Working with Us • Fun working environment with engaging and helpful people • Exposure to a niche industry • Learn sales, design, and marketing skills.
