RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Completes preparation of food based on our QC standards + guidelines \\- Ensures consistency of dishes + sets standards for quality control by constantly tasting prep recipes \\- Adhere to the cleaning schedule for the kitchen \\- Maintaining stock rotation when taking in deliveries + prepping food \\- Understanding the functions of the restaurant as it relates to the position, i.e., QC procedures, stations, table numbers, food labeling etc. \\- Cool under pressure. Requirements: \\- 2+ year previous experience in a related position (school experience will be considered). \\- Valid Food Handler Certification required. \\- Must be able to stand or walk a minimum eight-hour shift.
