Role Description The Decorator will be responsible for designing and decorating cakes, pastries, and other baked goods to meet customer specifications. Qualifications • Proficiency in cake decoration, creating intricate designs, and applying frosting techniques such as piping and fondant work • Experience in portraying creative and artistic skills, with attention to detail and innovative ideas • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices relevant to bakery operations • Ability to manage time effectively, work independently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Strong team collaboration and communication skills • Prior experience as a cake decorator or similar role is highly desirable • High school diploma or equivalent preferred; formal training in baking or culinary arts is a plus
