Perform setup and preparation tasksLoad, position, and adjust unprinted materials on holding fixtures or in equipment loading and feeding mechanisms, when necessaryUtilize hand-eye coordination ensuring accurate placement of decalsEstablish and maintain a consistent and rhythmic work flow for the Decal departmentInspect and examine decorated products for print clarity, color accuracy, conformance to specifications, and external defectsPlace decorated items on trays to dry or set decal(s)Must wear personal protective equipment, if and when necessaryResponsible for inspecting own work to ensure that the customer is receiving the highest quality product possibleMaintain a clean and organized work area including performing general housekeeping duties i.e. sweeping, etc.Supports teamwork through active participation and/or by helping team ideas workReliable, regular attendance is essentialPerforms duties safely and in accordance with Company safety policiesOther duties and special projects as assigned by Manager or Supervisor Essential Qualifications: (To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
