BB Event Productions is a full-service event production company specializing in corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and luxury event experiences throughout the Bay Area.

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Event Decor & Production Specialist to join our growing team.

What You'll Do

Assist with the design, preparation, setup, and breakdown of event décorCreate and install backdrops, draping, tablescapes, centerpieces, signage, and specialty décorWork with fresh and artificial floralsInstall balloon décor and other decorative elementsStyle ceremony, reception, corporate, and specialty event spacesLoad, unload, organize, and properly handle décor inventoryWork closely with our Event & Production team to bring client designs to lifeHelp maintain and organize décor inventory at our Hayward warehouseEnsure installations are clean, professional, and completed on scheduleWhat We're Looking For

Event décor, floral, wedding, or event production experience preferredStrong creative eye and attention to detailComfortable working with tools and assembling event installationsAble to lift and move event equipment and décorDependable and punctualComfortable working evenings, weekends, and varying event schedulesAble to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentPositive attitude and ability to work as part of a teamValid driver's license and reliable transportation preferredBig Plus If You Have Experience With

Floral design, balloon décor, pipe and drape, ceiling draping, backdrop installations, tablescapes, weddings, corporate events, or large-scale event production.

About BB Event Productions

We provide full-service event production throughout the Bay Area, including décor, florals, rentals, coordination, catering, bartending, DJs, photo booths, photography, videography, lighting, and specialty event experiences.

We're looking for someone who doesn't just want to set up events—we want someone who enjoys creating amazing spaces and helping us take our décor department to the next level.

Position: Event Decor & Production Specialist

Location: Hayward, CA

Schedule: Event-based; evenings and weekends required

Employment: Part-time / On-call with opportunity for additional hours
