Responsibilities include maintaining classroom scheduling, event prep, managing department leaders’ calendars/schedules, completing paperwork, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and collaborating with housekeeping to ensure the building is student... ready. This role requires undertaking the arrangement of department meetings and preparing agendas, coordinating quarterly report submissions, supporting end of quarter responsibilities for department leaders, and the supporting the university’s operation showcase. You will be expected to support the department with classes, ELO’s, workshop scheduling, and university events; direct mail; compose correspondence and maintain a file system. Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree with at least one year of related experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills • Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite software and BANNER or a similar database • Ability to manage multiple priorities with a commitment to professionalism, honesty, and integrity Work Hours: The university work week is Sunday through Saturday.
