Design and Flooring Consultant

This is an inside sales + consultative design position focused on helping customers select the right flooring and home products for their space. Your role is to simplify the buying process and deliver a professional, high-confidence customer experience from first contact through project completion. Being local gives Carpet One Floor & Home the flexibility to act as a resource before, during, and long after the sale and installation of our customer's flooring. Carpet One Floor & Home runs the store with the philosophy of maintaining a superior level of quality, selection, training, and customer service to Ocala and the surrounding communities.
