Design and Sales Consultant - Residential Construction

We are seeking someone who is warm, excited to design and is looking for a team to work who will provide assistance with estimating, project management, accounting and administration. What you’ll do: • Act as a Consultant for clients and guide them through the design-build process with options • Guide the client with suggestions on floor plans, cabinetry design and space plans, material selections, electrical layouts, tile design, plumbing fixtures, and lighting • Knowledge in Residential Design, including kitchens, bathrooms, Room Additions, and New Construction • Play an active role in managing architectural and engineering processes when needed on structural remodeling projects • Establish client expectations for design and construction phases • Help to Maintain a client’s desired budget throughout the design process by working with the Estimating and Design teams You’ll love this job if you’re: • An exceptional communicator.
