Design Architect

We are seeking to add a Design Architect to our growing and talented Design-Build Company. Studio 109 Designs, LLC is PWCampbell’s full-service, in-house architecture and design division. This position requires the individual to be design driven, construction minded, a strong communicator, and detail focused. Objectives of this Role • Responsible for internal communication with our land development team, preconstruction team, and project executives • Create 3D digital models for project design development • Identify project requirements to ensure accurate functionality of drawings • Have a basic understanding of project construction costs to develop designs that stay within the client's budget • Responsible for organizing and facilitating project design presentation meetings and ensuring stakeholders are informed of design progress • Conduct site visits to evaluate existing conditions for renovation projects • Oversee and provide direction to project architects during construction document production phase.
