We are looking for an upbeat and outgoing individual to assist our Design Consultant with the organization and running of the daily showroom operations. The ideal candidate will be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of tasks. This person must be willing to learn, comfortable greeting... customers and answering phones, and eager to work hand-in-hand with our Interior Design Consultant. Responsibilities and Duties (including but not limited to) • answer and return phone calls/voicemails • greet and assist customers with the selection process • schedule appointments • tidy and clean showroom as needed at opening and closing • organize samples and displays • post to social media • label incoming deliveries • file and send out invoices • maintain inventory of materials and supplies • check and send mail, run errands, etc. • *Pay is determined on experience and qualifications for the job.
