Design Assistant

Caroline Kofol Interiors is seeking a Design Assistant to work closely with our Principal Designer in support of residential projects from concept through completion. We are a small, hands-on studio based in Washington, D.C., and we believe comfort and luxury can intersect beautifully while still meeting the demands of modern living. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, self-driven, technically skilled, and eager to learn, with an interest in growing alongside a thoughtful and detail-oriented studio environment. This is a part-time position (15–20 hours per week) with the potential for full-time. The role is primarily in-person, with flexibility for some remote hours as needed.
