Design Assistant

This role ensures that residential remodeling projects move smoothly from concept through completion by supporting the design process with accurate documentation, organized workflows, and timely coordination. Design & Project Support Schedule meetings, showroom visits, and vendor appointments Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams regarding selections and availability Maintain organized project files in design and project management systems Assist with documentation required for project handoffs to Production Quality & Brand Standards Ensure all design materials align with the CROSS brand standards and luxury expectations Support the accuracy and completeness of all design documentation Assist with final design checks before client sign-off and construction start Participate in Networking Opportunities Build relationships and communicate effectively with vendors and clients Identify new selection material vendors and assist in the vetting process Stay up to date with current costs and trends for building and design materials
