Design Assistant

Job Summary Reports to Design Director as a team member of the Brand Concept and Design Team. Work Location: Home Office - Coppell, TX Key Roles & Responsibilities Assists Design Managers, Associate Managers and Director with product directives Partner with Brand Concept Team to understand and execute Concept vision, including color, silhouette, materiality, print & pattern each season Assists team in scheduling meetings, note taking and meeting follow up activities Identify product opportunities informed by Concept Team, market research and consumer insight Assist Associate Design Manager with maintaining libraries, templates, folders and other best practices for the team Cultivate category and industry expertise
