Design Assistant - Sleepwear Komar, an industry leader in sleepwear, intimates and layering has an immediate opportunity for an entry level Design Assistant for our ladies/junior’s sleepwear team based in our offices located at 90 Hudson Street, Jersey City, NJ. Must be able to work both remotely and at the New Jersey office when required. Assist in the preparation of concept, fabric and design presentation boards. Assist with preparing tech packages for production and technical design teams which include construction details, sketches, fabrications, trim sheets and colors- using both Illustrator and Excel. Ability to multitask and have strong organizational skills Must be able follow both verbal and written feedback and perform tasks independently Team player with a can-do attitude.
