We are looking for a full-time design assistant to join our team to work Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. The ideal candidate will have high energy, can multitask in a fast-paced environment, strong attention to detail, solid customer service skills, strong communication skills, self-motivated and a team player. Job Responsibilities Include: \\- Assisting designers to enter selections into presentations -Calling vendors for pricing and availability -Tracking ordered selections for arrival dates -Ordering selections from vendors -Collecting samples from partners, household items needed for installations -General office duties -Warehouse support Compensation: -Hourly pay will commensurate with experience -Mileage reimbursement for use of car Hunter & Company is an interior architecture and design firm with a retail showroom in Whitefish, MT.
