Design Assistant – Residential Design/Build Remodeling HHI Builders is an award-winning design-build remodeling firm specializing exclusively in high-end residential remodels throughout Hilton Head Island and the Lowcountry. What You’ll Do • Support the Architectural Designer and Interior Designer during all phases of design • Assist with construction drawings, renderings, and presentation materials • Translate redlines, sketches, and markups into clean, accurate CAD drawings • Help produce 3D models and visualizations using tools such as Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar software • Maintain organized design files and drawing sets • Assist with revisions, updates, and coordination between design disciplines Why HHI Builders • Award-winning design-build remodeling firm • Collaborative, in-house design team • Clear processes, defined roles, and strong leadership support • Opportunity to grow within a professional design environment Location: Hilton Head Island, SC Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
