We are a busy and always on-the-go firm in a mid- town location with an active portfolio of clients in Manhattan and the New York region, New Jersey, London and Paris. Among the key responsibilities is ensuring that orders are placed in a timely and accurate manner and followed up to ensure smooth deliveries and installations. Familiarity with Design Manager is necessary to generate Proposals and Purchase Orders. The candidate must have: -4-5 years' experience in the interior design industry and be able to jump in and follow up on projects immediately -Proven ability to coordinate and track orders for all projects -Familiarity with the design workflow and process -Adept at troubleshooting to ensure order issues are resolved quickly and effectively -Must be highly organized and ensure all paperwork are timely and accurate -Maintain and update order status reports -Ability to multi task and work on several projects simultaneously -Strong verbal and communication skills to interact with clients and vendors -Able to work independently and with initiative while assisting and collaborating with the Principal -Knowledge of Design Manager preferred -Must be a team player in a fast-paced environment This is an immediate position.
