This is a part-time on-site role for a Design Assistant/Office Assistant located in San Diego, CA. Saturdays 9AM-1PM are required. Tasks: • Checking over completed pieces to ensure quality • Organizing and filing paperwork • Conducting design consultations with clients • Managing the list of incoming, current, and outgoing orders • Writing quotes and invoices for clients • Communicating with clients via email, phone, and text
