Design Assistant (Temp/Contracted, In-Office, Full-Time)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Interior Designer with a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience to support our in-house design team on a full-time, in-office, contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, assisting with design selections, documentation, client/buyer meetings/presentations and field-related tasks on active new construction, residential projects. Key Responsibilities: • Work closely with the design team to create, execute, support and maintain all design details for current and upcoming projects • Support client and buyer meetings through preparation of presentation materials, detailed note-taking, and post-meeting communications • Prepare marketing brochures for various projects based on curated design selections • Develop conceptual and schematic exterior and interior rendering concepts • Assist with drafting and detailing trim, millwork, and tile designs using AutoCAD or Chief Architect • Assist with sourcing and making design selections through each design phase.
