The Design Associate’s job is to guide Perch customers through the process of customizing furniture and act as a public face for our brand. Qualifications: A qualified candidate will have: • Strong people and relationship building skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficiency with the Adobe Suite and Sketchup • Demonstrated excellence working in client-facing roles, both on the phone and over email, preferably in a retail sales environment • Proven desire to regularly contribute and have your strategic ideas heard in an always growing and improving environment Compensation: Hours: 3 days in- store, plus 4-6 hours work from home hours per week (approximately 24 hours per week) Please send a resume and cover letter via email.
