Design Associate

The Primary responsibility of the Design Associate is to manage design process, produce design documentation with quality assurance and manage third party consultants. • Full-time position • Works at the Home Office (The Lab) in Phoenix, AZ. • Support the Sr. Design manager in the ongoing development and refinement of conceptual design ideas, mood boards, schematic layouts, design development, and construction drawings. • Expertise in technical details, space planning, ADA requirements, etc. • Highly organized • Ability to collaborate and work on multiple projects simultaneously • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Ability to problem solve design-related challenges, and recommend solutions in accordance with brand standards
