Design Associate Role Key responsibilities include sales, meeting with clients, following the sales system, coordinating installation time, assisting with product ordering, communicating customer needs, and performing final walk-throughs. • Sales: Act as the single point of contact for all types of flooring service requests • Meet with clients regarding their flooring project • Follow our Sales System using devices and software • Coordinate installation time and communication schedule • Assist with ordering products and communicate customer needs The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of in-home and/or outside sales experience, excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, and a competitive drive to exceed sales targets. They should also be tech-savvy, comfortable speaking confidently in public, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
