Junior position will work directly under the wing of the company's President / Creative Director. RESPONSIBILITIES: \\- Design and coordinate interior concepts and project functional requirements from initial meeting through construction \\- Draft space plans, furniture plans, reflected ceiling plans, elevations, electrical & millwork details \\- Preparation of lighting, electrical, finishes, and furniture plans and schedules \\- Lead proposal development for clients, prepare project budgets, timelines and reports \\- Vendor Sourcing, Sample Procurement & Management of vendors, and subcontractors including visits to project sites REQUIREMENTS \\- Formal interior design or architecture training (minimum bachelors degree in related subject) \\- Extensive knowledge of building materials, and national codes \\- Expertise in AutoCAD, 3d modeling (Rhino / Sketch-Up and/or Revit) and hand sketching \\- Proficiency with Adobe Suite Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator & In Design) \\- Excellent Layout Skills and The Ability To Craft Beautiful Presentations with In Design or Powerpoint \\- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication \\- Great multi-tasker with ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously \\- Minimum of 2 years' experience in project management and interior design Starting as part time, transitioning to full time.
