Design-Build Firm: Project Architect / Architectural Designer

At dcb you will be a part of a motivated group of enthusiastic architects, preconstruction, and construction professionals cohesive in our mission to create wonderfully successful projects for ourselves and our clients. This person will be a contributing teammate on projects from concept to construction completion and should possess the ability to conceptualize and develop the design through the different stages of a project. This person should also possess a solid understanding of construction methods and detailing while demonstrating an eagerness to learn, strong listening and communication skills in collaboration with clients, consultants and other team members. Minimum 3+ years of experience in commercial architecture, 10+ years for a senior positionNAAB accredited bachelor's or master’s degree in architectureLicensed (or pursuing license) in ColoradoExperience in Revit, Bluebeam and Adobe Creative SuiteExperience with Lumion, AutoCAD, Microsoft 365 Suite, Microsoft Project a plusExcellent written and verbal communication skills in a wide range of environments including with clients of varying types, with the ability to listen and help determine their program requirements and overall project visionStrong programming, design and problem-solving skillsExcellent graphic communication skills.
