Design Center Lead

Job Purpose: The Design Center Lead oversees the showroom experience from consultative sales through post-installation follow-up, guiding clients through product selection, scheduling measures, preparing quotes, managing projects in Microsoft Dynamics CRM/POS, processing payments, and coordinating deliveries to ensure each job is completed and closed. This role also maintains showroom readiness, receives shipments (forklift training provided), supports walk-ins and events, collaborates on home shows and marketing efforts, and provides team coverage to ensure a consistent five-star experience.
