We are seeking a Design Center Sales Support to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. Responsibilities: • Provide administrative support for Designer/Sales Consultant • Positively and personably greet and assist phone and walk in customers • Handle customer inquiries and complaints • Provide information about the products and services • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns • Document and update customer records based on interactions • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services • Maintain appearance of Design Center including all Samples and Displays • Assist Designer using 2020 Design Software for clients • Assist with Product Selections • Will include some nights and weekends Qualifications: • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other relatable construction fields • Excellent computer skills and comprehension of design standards • Ability to build rapport with clients • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Positive and professional demeanor • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Must consent to background check Benefits • Pay Range: $23 to $26 plus contract bonuses • Healthcare and Life Insurance • Dental and Vision Available
