Design Consultant

We are seeking for our client an ambitious, and high-energy Designer/Consultant to join their growing team of professional that create inspired interiors and exteriors with their hand-curated selections... The Design Consultant must understand and meet client budgets and timelines, present creative design ideas that leverage our slab and tile offerings while understanding technical material requirements, and manage the evolving stone and tile portion of projects from start to finish. The ideal Designer/Consultant will have experience in residential and/or architectural design with a proven record of strong relationships with Designers, Architects and/or Contractors. Experience in kitchen/bath design is a definite plus. Qualifications • College degree with emphasis in design or certificate in residential design preferred • 3 years in sales; luxury retail sales experience a plus • Stone and tile product knowledge • Familiarity with kitchen and bath design • Ability to interpret basic architectural drawings and understand construction process • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications • Previous knowledge of CRM platform preferred • Excellent client relationship-building skills and management • An excellent multi-tasker and problem solver • Detail-oriented and highly organized • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal
