The Design Consultant works with clients from the initial consultation through the design process and signs the construction contract before building begins. • Brainstorms and develops initial concepts with the client • Reviews drawings and clarifies the scope for the client and the design team • Knowledge & experience in design and construction work • Ability to work with CAD software or draw hand sketches to create initial concept drawings
