Design Consultant

Neil Kelly company is seeking a creative, charismatic and client-focused Design Consultant to join our team. The Design Consultant is the first point of contact for clients and will work with them throughout the remodeling process to ensure a beautiful end result. Applying your passion and design skills to sell jobs and ensuring client satisfaction throughout project, and at project completion. Leading the design and sales process with clients and project team. Skills you have: Degree in architecture, interior design, interior architecture or housing design Five+ years' experience in residential home, kitchen, and bath design, including cabinetry Two or more years of sales experience, with a proven sales track record, seasoned closing skills and the ability to cultivate and grow your lead pool Understanding of the construction process- a background in residential construction preferred Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and stick to a timeline Well-developed customer service and client interaction skills A strong portfolio of built design work
