Design Consultant

This is a full-time, on-site position, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Applicants must pass a post-offer drug screen and background check. Benefits • 401(k) with employer match • Benefits after 30 days • Employer-paid life insurance, long-term disability, and employee assistance program • 7 paid holidays and 1 floating holiday Requirements Design Consultants - Showroom Sales Qualifications: • Interior Design Degree or 3 years of design sales experience • Established residential designer preferred • Ability to sketch designs for clients and installers • Ability to lift 40 lbs Design Consultants - Showroom Sales Desired Skills: • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Ability to manage design projects from start to finish • Great communication skills with internal and external customers • Demonstrated desire to learn about technical aspects of tile installation and required products Primary Functions: • Provide design services for customers, including sketching for clients and installers • Work in tandem with a Project Coordinator to ensure seamless order management service for customers • Maintain and organize a visually appealing showroom • Manage and update samples, including ordering and organizing • Prepare for trade shows, home shows, and other events as required
