Guide customers through interior and exterior finish selections to bring their vision to life Offer design recommendations that balance preferences, functionality, and budget Stay ahead of industry trends and new products to deliver innovative options Partner with vendors and suppliers to deepen product knowledge Assist sales with paperwork, documentation, and follow-up Maintain an organized, up-to-date, and welcoming Design Studio Experience in interior design, home building, or a related field is preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently and collaboratively A passion for design and a commitment to customer satisfaction
