This role contributes to the preparation of model home selections, the maintenance of design materials, and the accuracy of documentation used throughout the design and construction process. Primary Responsibilities • Guide homebuyers through the design selection process, providing information on finishes, materials, and available options • Prepare and document design selections to ensure accuracy and alignment with operational requirements • Maintain design samples, finish libraries, and presentation materials to support buyer appointments and model selections • Assist in developing cohesive design palettes that reflect community standards and market trends • Review design selections for completeness, accuracy, and feasibility • Coordinate with construction, purchasing, and sales teams to answer design-related questions and clarify selection details • Resolve design or documentation issues using prior experience and structured analysis • Support model home design preparation, including materials research and coordination with merchandising • Provide guidance or assistance to entry-level design or support team members Required: • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in interior design or related professional disciplines, or equivalent experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional education • Experience supporting interior design development, documentation, or coordination activities • Experience working within established processes and standards under moderate supervision Work is primarily performed in a design studio or office environment with occasional visits to model homes or construction sites.
